It is my honor to help awaken higher awareness with grounded application. I continuously work on uncovering and healing my own personal and intergenerational trauma, and cleaning and clearing my abilities, as this work is not my career, it is my soul and life purpose. As a multi-racial woman with detribalized Indigenous Mesoamerican roots, I have had to navigate what it means to come from different backgrounds, while feeling the absolute and undeniable call of my soul to connect to my spiritual gifts that I tried to ignore in childhood and adolescence. I, like many others, have taken the journey to reclaim and heal my ancestral energy from the trauma endured by the generations before me and during my own lifetime. I am grateful to share from this space with the support of my Teachers, Guides, Angels, and Ancestors.

My innate gifts such as claircognizance, and more, are continuously developed through my personal practice and application. I have, and will always, continue to do my work on myself first. It is in this space from which I share. I have found in my own healing, that our struggles can often be a gateway to uncover our greatest gifts.

Background: As a competitive athlete for 14 years, I was already experiencing a lot of pain in my body at a young age. I was working at a busy emergency veterinary hospital, and I had little energy for my health and well-being. It was then that the healing light bulb really went off so strongly it felt as though I would burn if I didn't move. I decided to stop denying my innate connection to Spirit that I often suppressed from childhood, and chose to focus on Yoga, Usui Reiki, and Holistic wellness modalities as a stepping stone. (Spiritual abilities and gifts are sometimes glamourized in today's modern society, however can be quite the challenge in youth!). It didn’t take long to surrender that this was my path, without question, to work with Spirit in this way. I enjoy sharing a perspective that may aid in awakening, understanding, healing, and transformation.

I am honored to keep the flame of Spirit truth burning as a present Ancestor on this Earth at this time. I am grateful to remind others of their own Spirit and Soul truths. Through my healing gifts and developments, I can assist you to release what binds you, and offer suggestions on how to reclaim your inner power.

I honor my human-ness, it is not about perfectionism. It's about choosing the way of your Spirit more and more. Learning how to awaken the unique divine essence of our beings into our physical existence. This is not always an easy journey, it's one in which we are asked to look at everything within us and around us with honesty, to not bypass anything. Opening to the way of Pachamama, the Ascended Masters, the Angels, the Teachers, the Medicine Person within each of us. To help remind us of our truth, and our humanity, to heal to become connected once again.

We can continue to activate both our personal and collective healing, and learn with each step of the way how to integrate our spirit more, to reconnect to what human connection and community truly means.
